The available local resources and limited material selection added to the difficulty of this multi-purpose project, which includes commercial space, a spa / gym floor, and apartments on the top 6 floors.

The solution was inspired by a local bush called the Refenti, whose different thorns, almost chaotic, were reinterpreted in the different projections and orientations of the project's balconies, enlivening the facade in local stone and plaster, and giving the project a separate identity.
