Ideally located at the edge of Beirut downtown, adjacent to the historic Phonenicia hotel and close to the new Zeytouni Bay development, the project is designed as a furnished apart-hotel building, serving both locals and tourists.

Housing 2-bedroom & 3-bedroom apartments on 8 floors, totalling in ten (10) 2-bedroom apartments and five (5) 3-bedroom apartments, with a ground floor that houses a small lounge café and garden, the project has a human scale, an element lacking in many of the new constructions of the area.

The expression of the project is driven mainly by the requirements of the Ministry of Culture of Lebanon to keep the facades of the Lebanese architecture style building which existed on site, with a touch of Contemporary design.

The interiors were designed with the idea of “home away from home”, with Mediterranean colors, modern design, luxurious comfort, and Lebanese hospitality.
